Alesis won't let me check the manual easily but if you may end up trying ASIO4ALL (which can combine different interfaces sometimes) or permanently switching interfaces (using the Tascam with headphones for tracking and the speakers for mixing). The Tascam is an ASIO interface (which is good) but most hosts won't let you use 2 different interfaces simultaneously. Using multiple USB audio interfaces is generally a problem. The USB speakers seem to be your current audio interface and if there's no way to operate them via analog inputs, bypassing the converters, they won't work simultaneously with the other interface. Sending that to your USB speakers at the same time might be a problem though. It looks like you're planning on using an ampsim "in realtime", so you want to have the lowest possible roundtrip latency, a dedicated ASIO interface like the Tascam is probably the best way to achieve that. You shouldn't add more interfaces like the Miclink to this setup though, GTR is supposed to be used with your existing audio interface if I understood that right and your audio interface is apparently your Alesis speakers.
